affecting college music faculty and recommends major
college faculty program initiatives, projects and services to the
MTNA Board of Directors.

Call to Participate: Texas Music Teachers Association Convention New Collegiate Faculty Recital Eligibility: Any Texas University or College Faculty Member starting a new position during the current academic year Date: To be scheduled at the state convention We want to get to know the new collegiate faculty members in Texas! Please introduce yourself to the teachers across the state. Get to explore the options available to you through TMTA and the many opportunities for your students. Attend the convention and meet musicians from across the state, visit the exhibits, experience a plethora of sessions of all types! Past recitals have included pianists, singers, instrumentalists – the more variety the better! If you are a new faculty member, or have a new member on your faculty, send a request to participate to Dr. Brian Marks collegefaculty@tmta.org. You will be contacted with timing information, performance venue, and other logistical information. Come join us!
