Convention Activities for All Students

Texas Music Teachers Association provides a diverse range of student activities for many ages – children to adults. The goal is to offer activities that offer a comprehensive education for the music student.

At the annual TMTA Convention, students participate in the Convention Projects, All-Star Festival, Chamber Music Clinic and the June Leondar Chamber Music/Ensemble Contest. Students may also experience the excitement of performing in Keyboard Orchestra.

Additional Convention Activities for Student Affiliate Members

Convention events for Student Affiliates include Ensemble Performances, Original Composition Recitals, Performance Contests and a special ceremony for Senior Award winners.
