LOCAL Dues are determined by each local association

1.       MTNA and TMTA dues for new members only are half price January 1- June 30.

2.       Graduating seniors in college may be recommended by a college instructor to receive
           free MTNA and TMTA membership the first year following graduation: StAR awards.

3.       Membership dues are structured to correlate with National dues, regarding Senior
          members and half-year members and dual members.

4.       TMTA offers concurrent free memberships to persons awarded national free membership
           by MTNA in incentive drawings.

5.       TMTA offers complimentary membership to the winner of a drawing at the TODA/TCDA
          and TMEA conferences. All others who registered are contacted for possible membership.

6.       Members in good standing who have attained the age of seventy (70) years will be 
          assessed 75 percent of the regular amount of state dues required for the active
          membership classification.

7.       Non Member Participation fees are to be paid by students who participate in  
    TMTA/TMTEF student activities and whose teacher is not an active member of
TMTA.
