Organizing A New Local Association If you are interested in organizing an MTNA local association in your area, please contact mtnanet@mtna.org for more information. An application, local association handbook, MTNA membership applications, MTNA recruitment brochures and a new local association start-up grant application will be mailed to you promptly via U.S. mail. Local association status will not be granted until the association's application, as well as the constitution and bylaws have been approved by the state MTA executive board and MTNA.
